Drive from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Guptkashi along the Mandakini river.
Overnight stay at a hotel in Guptkashi.

Guptkashi to Kedarnath

Drive to Sonprayag/Gaurikund.
Commence the 16 km trek to Kedarnath.
Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple and overnight stay.

Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Early morning Darshan and start the descent to Gaurikund.
Drive back to Guptkashi for the night.

Guptkashi to Chopta

A short and scenic drive to the 'Mini Switzerland of India', Chopta.
Spend the day exploring the lush meadows and acclimatizing.
Overnight stay in camps at Chopta.

Chopta to Chandrashila and Drive to Pipalkoti

Early morning trek to Tungnath temple and further up to Chandrashila peak for sunrise.
Trek back to Chopta and drive towards Pipalkoti/Joshimath.
Overnight stay.

Pipalkoti to Badrinath

Drive to Badrinath via Joshimath.
Evening Darshan at Badrinath Temple.
Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Badrinath to Srinagar/Rudraprayag

Morning visit to Mana Village, the last Indian village.
Drive down to Srinagar (Uttarakhand) or Rudraprayag.

Srinagar/Rudraprayag to Haridwar
