Eligibility & Fitness
High altitude treks require a baseline of physical fitness. Review the criteria below and check your readiness.
- Trekkers must possess the stamina to jog 5 km in 33 minutes or comfortably walk 10 km in 75 minutes.
- Alternatively, the ability to cycle 15 km in 45 minutes indicates adequate fitness.
- Participants carrying their own backpack should be prepared for a 10-12 kg load; if offloading, expect to carry a 3-5 kg daypack.
- Resting pulse rate should be between 60 to 100 beats per minute.
- Blood pressure must be within normal ranges (Diastolic 75–85, Systolic 100-130).
- Resting respiratory rate should be 12 to 20 breaths per minute.
- Individuals with severe asthma, heart conditions, diabetes, or related issues should consult a physician prior to booking.

Travel Options
- 01By Bus: Board a direct overnight Volvo or sleeper bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate in Delhi to ISBT Dehradun. Government UTC buses are highly recommended.
- 02By Air: Fly directly into Jolly Grant Airport from major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, or Bangalore. It is advisable to arrive a day earlier.
- 03By Train: Dehradun Railway Station is well-connected. The Shatabdi, Vande Bharat, and Mussoorie Express run daily from New Delhi.

Inclusions
- Accommodation: Comfortable triple or quad sharing in guesthouses (Day 1 & 6) and twin-sharing tents while camping (Day 2 to 5).
- Meals: Wholesome and nutritious vegetarian meals (including eggs) from Dinner on Day 1 to Dinner on Day 5.
- Expert Support Team: A certified expedition leader equipped with mountaineering and first aid training, an experienced high-altitude chef, local guides, and a dedicated base camp manager.
- Camping Equipment: Premium three-person all-season tents (for twin sharing), sleeping bags with liners, thick mattresses, dining/kitchen tents, and toilet tents.
- Safety & First Aid: Comprehensive medical kits including oxygen cylinders, stretchers, oximeters, and blood pressure monitors.
- Logistics: Mules or porters for central equipment, cloakroom facilities at the base camp, and all mandatory forest permits.
- Certification: An official completion certificate to commemorate your adventure.
Exclusions
- Transportation from Dehradun to the base camp and back (unless specifically booked as an add-on service).
- Offloading services for personal backpacks (available as an optional extra).
- Personal trekking gear, clothing, insurance, and any other expenses not explicitly listed in the inclusions.

- 50% deduction of trek fee
- 70% trek voucher for any trip
Less than 9 days prior
- No cash refund
- 10% trek voucher for any trip
Emergency Cases
In cases of severe family emergencies or medical hospitalization (minimum 48 hours) shortly before the trek, a 90% refund in cash and a 10% voucher will be provided upon submission of valid documentation.

- 01Rescheduling the same trek incurs a 30% processing fee.
